Wage and Hour Policy Course for Supervisors

Audience: Corporate office Supervisors and Managers

Challenge + Overview: Managers received monthly memos and long policy documents to remind them of the wage and hour laws in each state or to address law changes. Some notices were up to 16 pages long, which managers did not have the time to read. Managers needed a quick and visual way to access the wage and hour information.

Solution: I created this Rise course to train supervisors on the company wage and hour policies. The information was sourced from SMEs, several compiled memo documents, and interviews with HR personnel and used to create a Rise course that is a more efficient way to access the information. Custom animated graphics were created in Illustrator to show laws from various states in a visual format versus the long documents managers were given prior.
