Audience: Food Service Managers

Overview + Challenge: The company was seeing a high rate of turnover. Exit interview data showed that employee dissatisfaction could be traced back to the first few days or week of hire. Analysis revealed that 25% of employees leave after their first day. During the analysis process, the main problem discovered was how managers approached and conducted the onboarding process.

Solution: This video is one episode of a three-episode series I created to give managers the information and tools to provide an excellent onboarding experience for their team. The goal of the project was to reduce new staff turnover by 5%. in the first phase of manager training.
