Overview + Challenge: The company saw an increase in social media posts from employees violating the company's social media policy. The original policy was a long document buried in the employee handbook.

Solution: I created this video as part of training for supervisors. Previously the company trained supervisors on the guidelines of social media through a policy document. The animated video brings to life the policies and expectations for supervisors in social media use.
