Peer Feedback and SMART Goals Explainer Videos

Overview + Challenge: The company had never used any formal review process before and had recently partnered with ADP to implement a process. The concept was new to both employees and managers. The project aimed to train employees on the entire process from start to finish, as well as gain buy-in and create positivity towards the new process that could cause potential frustrations.

Solution: These videos were part of a larger series of videos and courses to introduce employees to the new performance review process. In addition to a series of courses in Storyline, I created short, engaging, animated explainer videos to introduce and preview the topics. The videos were rolled out before the eLearning course, and after the full course rollout, employees were given access to PDF tutorials, job aids, and weekly email how to’s.
