Manager Feedback Explainer Video

Overview + Challenge: The company had never used any formal review process before and had recently partnered with ADP to implement a process. The concept was new to both employees and managers. Not only did the project aim to train employees on the entire process from start to finish, but also gain buy-in and create positivity towards the new process that could cause potential frustrations.

Solution: This video was part of a larger series of videos and courses introducing employees to the new performance review process. In addition to a series of courses created in Storyline, I created short, engaging, animated explainer videos to introduce and preview the topics. The videos were rolled out before the eLearning course, and after the full course, rollout, employees were given access to PDF tutorials, job aids, and weekly email how to’s.
