




Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Course

Audience: Corporate office Supervisors and Managers
Overview + Challenge: Supervisors were being trained using outdated DVD videos they checked out and watched independently. They would then sign off that they watched the videos. With 3,000 employees across 16 states, this was not an efficient or effective way to ensure all supervisors were trained the same way.
Solution: I created this course and a larger curriculum to train supervisors on the company's Human Resource policies. The information was sourced from SMEs, state and federal laws, and company policy documents. Interviews were done with HR personnel to create engaging real workplace scenarios using documented Human Resource issues and complaints. Custom buttons and a navigation menu were created using Adobe XD and Photoshop.
