Bureau of Collections Confidentiality Course

Audience: BOC Employees

Overview + Challenge: The BOC requested an interactive way to introduce the confidentiality contract to new employees before signing the agreement. The original document was written in lengthy legal language and was challenging to understand.

Solution: After analyzing the contract and outlining the topics covered in it, I decided a scenario would be a great way to introduce the heavy content and let learners play out the choices. I used Audacity and a voice actor to bring the character to life.
